The official Olympic sport Taekwondo is one of the most well-known Korean traditional martial art. It is a total-body fitness which involves the use of hands and feet primarily. Taekwondo not only cultivates practitioners’ upright character through vigorous mind-body training but also provides excellent technical training for self-defence.
